Calvary Listens to Jesus: Revelation 1-5

Who is the most influential voice in our lives?  Our world is full of voices.  The last book in the Bible celebrates The Revelation of Jesus Christ.  In an amazing volume in the library of the New Testament, the book of Revelation discloses Jesus afresh.  Its early chapters introduce us to the majesty of our Lord.  But He comes to the seven churches of Asia minor, and lays bare what they need to hear.  But what they needed to hear in the first century, at Calvary, we need to hear in ours.  What voice drives our mission at Calvary?  What do we need to hear from Jesus?  From what will He call us to repent?  What will we hear Jesus affirm?  The larger His voice looms in the assembly, the healthier Calvary will be.  Trekking forward toward more supple health, we will walk together through these extraordinary chapters.
